When considering employment with any company, benefits can be as important as salary, company culture or even the job one is hired to do. ThotWave is pleased to offer our employees the following benefits:

Health Insurance: We pay 90% of the premium for employee only coverage and 20% of the premium for dependent coverage. Blue Cross Blue Shield's Blue Options PPO plan highlights are listed below:

Disability Insurance: We offer both short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost to our employees. Plan replaces up to 60% of salary with a weekly short-term benefit limit of $1,000 and a monthly long-term benefit limit of $6,000.

Life Insurance: We provide employees with $50,000 in life insurance coverage and an additional $50,000 of AD&D insurance coverage.

Retirement: We provide a 401(k) plan that allows employees to defer up to 90% of pre-tax dollars. Additionally, we match 50% up to the first 6% in employee deferrals.

EAP: Our employee assistance plan includes free advice for legal, financial, personal and work-related problems.

Credit Union: Employees may join Coastal Federal Credit Union which offers low-cost banking and borrowing options and free financial education services.
